Cancellation & No-Show Policies

At Harper Haus Aesthetics & Wellness, our patients are the center of everything we do. We value your time and care deeply about your experience. These policies were thoughtfully created with you in mind—to keep your visits seamless and stress-free, and to ensure every appointment time is used to serve our patients as best as possible. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and when one goes unused, it could have been an opportunity for another patient to be seen.

As a courtesy to the provider and fellow patients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies regarding cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits may be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time. Deposits will be applied toward your treatment at the time of service.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment—or fail to arrive—any deposit paid will be forfeited, or you will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee equal to the standard deposit amount for the scheduled appointment.

  • For all other appointments not assigned upfront deposits, a $50 cancellation/no-show fee will apply.

  • For group appointments, we require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment. If a group appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment—or the group fails to arrive—any deposit paid will be forfeited, or the card on file will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee equal to the required deposit amount required for the scheduled group appointment.

Late Arrivals Policy

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

  • If you arrive after 15 minutes but we are still able to accommodate your appointment, a $25 late fee will apply.

  • If your provider cannot accommodate your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and a $50 fee will apply.

Why We Enforce These Policies

These guidelines allow us to respect everyone’s time and ensure availability for all patients seeking care. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refund Policy

At Harper Haus Aesthetics & Wellness, our priority is to provide exceptional care and results tailored to each individual. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic and wellness treatments, we do not provide refunds for treatments that have already been performed or for treatment products (such as at-home injections or medications) once they have been dispensed to a patient. While we are committed to helping you achieve your desired results, each person’s response to treatment is unique and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any additional sessions/treatments needed to reach your goals will be planned and discussed as part of your treatment journey and the patient’s responsibilty.

Child Policy

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we kindly ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services.
